Myofascial Release Care

Myofascial liberation technique (MRT) is a series of medical intervention for soft tissue damage such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and face structure. MRT is a natural, therapeutic, usually used in musculoskeletal injuries, resulting in more used muscles. This may include conditions such as stems, sprains, tears and older conditions.

Muscle strains and / or tears or injuries such as tendinopathy / tendonitis (causing tenderness and heart pain), joints (involuntary painful contractions), postural stress (repetitive stress damage) and may be caused by implicating nervous (ulnar level nervous compressive). Damaged muscles in time become less elastic and should not eventually do so.
Such injuries cause pain and hardness. It is also known as myofascial density.

The techniques used are deep tissue massage/liberation, dusk rolling, counter-load technology, soft tissue raising and structural integration. This exercise is used to promote the feelings of the goodness of the physiotherapist as well as a massage.
