Originally from Ahmedabad, India, Khushi earned her bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and gained clinical experience in a busy hospital setting. She also served as a frontline healthcare worker during the COVID-19 pandemic, an experience that strengthened her resilience and deepened her commitment to patient care. After moving to Canada, she completed a postgraduate program in Health and Social Systems Navigation, where she developed a strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system. Alongside her studies, she worked in a physiotherapy clinic, gaining hands-on experience as both a physiotherapy assistant and front desk coordinator.

She is responsible for managing insurance claims, verifying extended health coverage (EHC), coordinating appointments, and providing day-to-day support for both patients and practitioners.
