Heli is a thoughtful, helpful practitioner. She gives practical exercises that are not overwhelming. The clinic is clean and well appointed. Heli's hours are short.

My experience with Harsh and Heli so far for my physiotherapy sessions has been excellent. They are both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the very beginning, Heli made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan and made sure that Harsh will be great for my sessions. Harsh’s guidance and support helping me recover faster. The exercises were well-explained, and Harsh always takes the time to listen and adjust the therapy as needed. Omg Harsh Patel is such an awesome Physiotherapist; very pleasant and knows what he’s doing. About a month ago I walked into the clinic with terrible knee pain, I couldn’t bend my knee due to extreme pain. After a few treatments I started feeling better, now I’m able to bend my knee just like normal with minimal pain and it keeps getting better everyday. Thanks Harsh. Every time I visit I receive a number of complimentary treatments, and am seeing results and a huge reduction in my pain. Thanks so much! The admin staff are fantastic and very patient; it’s easy to get an appointment and I appreciate the reminders. They made all the efforts to interface with my benefit provider and everything has been fantastic.

I highly recommend the professionals at this place for their professionalism and experience, and the administrative staff for their kindness and care. In just a few sessions, Harsh Patel has helped me greatly regain mobility in my shoulder, which I lost over a year ago, and in just one vestibular therapy session, my vertigo disappeared. I also attend massages with Anatolle Deresciuc, and I can say that the improvement, even in my arthritic pain, is incredible. The best place in Hamilton if you need physical therapy and massages in addition to vestibular therapy!

Good physiotherapist who knows what he is doing. I had a pinched shoulder nerve due to poor posture, was misdiagnosed by two other doctors, but Harsh Patel diagnosed me correctly, and provided a regimen of exercises and physiotherapy to bring me back to where i was living a life without pain. This has helped me sleep again at night rather than staying awake, nursing the pain, and I am grateful to him for all his help. Highly recommended if you need a good physiotherapist.
