I came across this place only because I went to the nearest walk in clinic to me, and as I was leaving, I saw the physio sign. I have had an unexplainable pain that shoots from my elbow and been putting it off for a while so I decided to just check it out. They were gracious enough to get me an appointment that same evening and after a few appointments, my pain has reduced significantly. During our sessions, I also sprained my knee and Harsh was very kind enough to evaluate the sprain for me, we have been working on the knee as well, and it is getting much better. The sessions with Harsh are very knowledgeable, comfortable and friendly. I always learn something about my body every session. The lady at the front desk, Khushbu is also a very sweet and friendly individual, she makes me feel welcome and as painful as physio can be,I look forward to my appointments. I am VERY grateful I found this place and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for people who truly care about their patients.

I visited Sterling Physiotherapy and received treatment from Harsh Patel for TMJ-related jaw tension. I experienced significant recovery after four sessions from extreme jaw tension. He has been patient, professional, and provided effective treatment along with helpful recommended exercises. I highly recommend seeing him for therapy if you are dealing with TMJ-related issues.

Omg Harsh Patel is such an awesome Physiotherapist; very pleasant and knows what he’s doing. About a month ago I walked into the clinic with terrible knee pain, I couldn’t bend my knee due to extreme pain. After a few treatments I started feeling better, now I’m able to bend my knee just like normal with minimal pain and it keeps getting better everyday. Thanks Harsh. After my car accident, I was dealing a neck injury/pain and shoulder pain. Working with Harsh has made such a difference...I finally feel like I’m getting back to myself. He’s patient, explains everything clearly, and really takes the time to make sure I understand each exercise. I always feel supported during our sessions. I highly recommend the professionals at this place for their professionalism and experience, and the administrative staff for their kindness and care. In just a few sessions, Harsh Patel has helped me greatly regain mobility in my shoulder, which I lost over a year ago, and in just one vestibular therapy session, my vertigo disappeared. I also attend massages with Anatolle Deresciuc, and I can say that the improvement, even in my arthritic pain, is incredible. The best place in Hamilton if you need physical therapy and massages in addition to vestibular therapy!

Good physiotherapist who knows what he is doing. I had a pinched shoulder nerve due to poor posture, was misdiagnosed by two other doctors, but Harsh Patel diagnosed me correctly, and provided a regimen of exercises and physiotherapy to bring me back to where i was living a life without pain. This has helped me sleep again at night rather than staying awake, nursing the pain, and I am grateful to him for all his help. Highly recommended if you need a good physiotherapist.
